I prouldy made my carreer as an electronic ingeneer over the second education way in Germany.
I worked for development in the electronic labors of the Animals Physiological Institute called "Tierphysiologie" in Tübingen, and in the Physiological Institute.
One of our workspace is controlling mind with electronical devices.
I have developed a device that uses Microwave as transmitter to send transformed
parts of an EEG from mentaly ill persons to the targeted person, with great effects
of stress and disorientation.
I can use the microwaves responce to trace the target automatically.
